In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for:

Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on engineering excellence, execution, and craftsmanship.

Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best engineering and management talent

Build and scale platforms

Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent products and programs from delivering on product and program objectives.

Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.

What do you need to bring:

Solid track record of over-achieving engineering and platform delivery and scaling targets

15+ years' experience as an Engineering leader.

Experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability, devops practices and cloud (GCP preferred).

Experience in Payments, FinTech, and Financial Services industry is required.

Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to- do’s – vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable

Communication style motivated by brevity and purposeful outcomes with experience interfacing with executives

AI experience a huge plus
