What You'll Do
- Use data-driven analysis to influence Merchant Product teams and stakeholders, proposing solutions that help develop technology addressing key opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize new features or improvements that could enhance merchant quality and experience. Measure their impact and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to launch these initiatives in LatAm.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, providing timely updates on product launches.
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams (operations, product, customer support, policy, and legal) to scope, test, and implement initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with local and global partners, confidently communicating and presenting insights to support decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business consulting, operations, product management, or project management.
- English proficiency.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, analysis, and communication.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to a variety of audiences in an engaging, clear, and concise manner.
Proven experience in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring key stakeholders together and foster teamwork across different functions.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, supported by strong critical and analytical thinking skills. You'll be working with reports, experiments, pricing models, and scaling processes.
Preferred Qualifications
