Job Description:
The TD Salesforce COE will play a critical role in the transformation and modernization of owned-digital channel marketing for the enterprise, bringing together consultation and tactical subject matter expertise in 1:1 marketing best practice. As a key member of Salesforce COE, the Salesforce Data Cloud & Segmentation Specialist / Manager will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technology, ensuring effective data structuring, activation, and automation within Salesforce Data Cloud for seamless omnichannel campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and activate audience segments within Salesforce Data Cloud to drive personalized marketing and improve customer engagement.
· Optimize data setup, structuring, and validation within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for marketing use.
· Deep understanding in integration between Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Salesforce CRM for a seamless customer experience.
· Leverage zero-copy data sharing and cloud-based data sources (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for real-time marketing activation.
· Ensure identity resolution and data unification to enhance customer profiling and personalization.
· Troubleshoot and optimize CDC Data Object Mapping (DMO) to enable seamless data activation.
· Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
· Implement automated workflows for real-time, personalized omnichannel campaigns across all channels i.e email, mobile, web, branch, paid media.
· Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud is a plus, particularly for loyalty and retention campaigns.
Professional Experience:
· 3+ years of Marketing Data Management, Campaign Management and Delivery experience with segmentation strategy
· Solid CRM experience and understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
· Solid experience in complex multi-audience campaigns design, development, execution and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and it's integration with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and CRM.
· Strong expertise in segment creation, activation, and automation for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder. Knowledge of Loyalty Cloud and CRM is a plus.
· Knowledge of data engineering concepts, zero-copy data access, and cloud-based data integration.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
