As the Executive Talent Attraction Consultant, you will join our global Talent Attraction team to design and deliver sourcing strategies to support Executive Hiring within the Oceania region. You will contribute to business growth and talent priorities through targeted search activity and market insights with a focus on providing the best possible candidate and client experience. You'll be joining a team of highly skilled and passionate Talent Attraction & Acquisition professionals in a supportive, inclusive and flexible environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Service Lines to understand business imperatives.
- Work closely with the Oceania Executive Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead to define sourcing strategies, complete market mapping activities and build candidate pipelines to align to business priorities.
- Provide market insights and develop data driven recruitment strategies.
- Drive delivery of a “best in class” experience for all candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all Oceania and Global processes.
What we look for

- You'll have extensive experience in a search firm or in house recruitment team (ideally both), delivering on Executive Recruitment projects, preferably within professional services.
- Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Oceania market within professional services.
- Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search lead including team lifts.
- An ability to work across a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities.
- The ability to team globally with dispersed and centralised teams.
- Experience within Executive Recruitment across Asia Pacific will be highly regarded
