As a Data Entry operator you are expected to accurately transcribe both typed and handwritten documents in a fast paced environment.
As a Transactions Specialist II in the Data Entry team you will transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents for our clients. One or multiple documents are combined into transactions and processed through a series of segmented workflow function requiring your pristine judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. You must maintain the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet our efficiency standards.
Job responsibilities:
- Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
- Keeping information confidential
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to work onsite 100%
- Ability to read cursive
- Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
- Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
- Alphanumeric data entry skills
- Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
- Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
Schedule:Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
