You’ll have the chance to work on large capital projects across the US. These exciting and engaging large-scale building projects will utilize your Design-Build expertise to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You’ll work with the best engineers, construction managers, and contractors in the business. You will also gain experience working closely with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and some of the best digital delivery professionals in the industry. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of a project: overseeing planning and design development; procurement and management of subcontractors and General Contractors; overseeing construction, commissioning, and closeout; managing and tracking project budgets and schedules; and ensuring final acceptance and turnover of projects to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience managing firm-fixed-price Design-Build projects.
- At least 15 years of management experience in construction and administration of large projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Professional Engineering Registration (PE); CMAA Certification; and/or DBIA certification
