Core job responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in IFRS is required, at least 1+ years in the Latin America region.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with “Tarjeta profesional”.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Advanced level of English.
- Solid experience in accounting and ability to reconcile data to the general ledger and filed statutory while working with Tax Compliance, Corporate Accounting, etc, when needed.
- Proficient in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple deliverables with challenging timelines.
- Ability to work with multiple geographies and cultures.
- Comfortable with representing the team in projects and meetings.
- Value collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP.
- MBA, MA, and CPA.
