Duties and Accountabilities

  • Implement, manage, and optimize monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
  • Support and maintain AutoSys and its components (AE, EEM, WCC).
  • Develop automation solutions using Perl, Python, Shell, PowerShell, NodeJS, etc.
  • Provide support for time-sensitive, complex application batches, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate effectively with technology partners to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams, stakeholders, and business units.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Plan and execute periodic DR tests, user attestation & remediation of audit findings
  • PerformBAU tasksas assigned time to time and/or provide afterhours support if required


Job Requirements

  • The successful candidate must possess most of the following essential requirements with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience on monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AutoSys or other job scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting using Perl, Python, Shell, PowerShell, NodeJS.
  • Solid understanding of database management (preferably MSSQL).
  • Strong experience with Windows & Linux OS administration.
  • Understanding of network and security systems fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory for system authentication and integration.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Background in architecture design, system integration, and implementation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL best practices in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Rotational weekend support for deployment, maintenance and support activities (if needed).
