- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a range of topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders both national and international.
- Experience with German labor law.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support Googlers in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, and coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes, and ability to translate process and HR expertise into strategic business solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
- Effective communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
