Job Responsibilities
(I) AI Application Development for Production Processes
1. Conduct in-depth research on the production processes of motor assembly, covering aspects such as parts assembly, finished product inspection, and function test. Design AI solutions based on the actual needs of the factory, for example, develop a machine - vision - based intelligent inspection system like missing screw installation, fixture position, misassembled components during the assembly line, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of motor assembly.
2. Take charge of the development of AI application projects, including data collection, model training, and system deployment. Analyze product images on the production line using deep - learning algorithms to achieve automatic defect recognition, reducing manual inspection costs and error rates.
(II) Intelligent Management of Production Equipment
1. Utilize AI technologies to build health monitoring and fault prediction models for production machines. Analyze equipment operation data (such as temperature, vibration, resistance and current) to assess the equipment's health status, predict potential faults in advance, and formulate reasonable equipment maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime. For example, predict the wear of cutting tools or welding tips based on machine - learning algorithms and prompt timely tool replacement to ensure continuous production.

Qualification Requirements
(I) Educational Background
A master's degree in Computer Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Mechanical Engineering (Intelligent Manufacturing Direction), Industrial Engineering, or related majors.
(II) Work Experience
1. 5-10 years of experience in AI application development in the manufacturing industry. Candidates with relevant project experience in assembly manufacturing factories are preferred, and a good understanding of factory production processes and business requirements is required.
2. Participation in at least one complete AI project development, including requirements analysis, algorithm design, model training, and system deployment, with the ability to implement AI technologies in real - world production scenarios.
(III) Professional Skills
1. Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) - related technologies to enable the collection and transmission of production equipment data; familiarity with the principles of industrial automation control, and candidates with some knowledge of PLC programming are preferred.
2. Possess a certain knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes to facilitate the integration of AI technologies with production.
