JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the industrial combustion sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  4. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support to clients.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the industrial combustion sector.
  6. Drive business development initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products, services, and value proposition.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the industrial combustion sector, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with key stakeholders and promoting brand awareness.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in strategic account management, business development, and sales within the industrial combustion sector.
  3. Extensive experience working with industrial clients, understanding their technical requirements, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
