You will own the planning and implement the construction milestones and budget for new launch site and existing site modification with coordination of external and internal stakeholders, and will grow to lead the design, optimization of Delivery station layout, Material Handling Equipment and Construction project management of our existing and future Logistics network.Key job responsibilities
- Project management of the new launch of several types of Delivery stations leading the development of design, project milestones and budget estimation to secure the target launch schedule.- Existing Delivery station infrastructure modification/upgrade project management to improve safety/productivity/capacity.Detailed Responsibilities
- Layout design and feasibility study
- Project timeline/Budget estimation
- Project management of construction Cost/schedule/quality.
- Coordination with external and internal stakeholders
- Trouble shooting and problem solving

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology
- Business-level proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing in both Japanese and English.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
