iTero Technology Adoption Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption of iTero technology within dental clinics, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of dental practices. This role involves working closely with clinic staff, understanding their needs, providing training and support, and developing strategies to maximize the use and benefits of iTero technology.

iTero Technology Adoption:

  • Drive the adoption of iTero scanners and related technologies within dental clinics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase usage and integration of iTero technology in daily clinic operations.
  • Identify and overcome barriers to technology adoption through tailored solutions.
  • Achieve full digital adoption in targeted accounts, resulting in increased scanner utilization, account growth, and the need for additional scanners.
  • Define full adoption as practices routinely using iTero scanners for patient health checks, Invisalign, and restorative scanning.

Training and Support:

  • Provide comprehensive training to dental clinic staff on the use of iTero scanners and software.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and usage of iTero technology.
  • Create and distribute training materials, guides, and best practices for effective technology utilization.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in dental clinics, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.
  • Provide tailored insights to help practices modernise and grow through increased scanner utilisation, patient education, and case acceptance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinics regarding iTero technology, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute plans to increase clinic revenue through the effective use of iTero technology.
  • Monitor and analyse clinic performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and technology optimization.
  • Work with clinic staff to implement revenue-enhancing practices and services.

Data and Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor progress with customers and drive decision-making.
  • Diagnose positive and negative results, lead triage and execution accordingly, and communicate results to leadership.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from clinics regarding the performance and impact of iTero technology.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on technology adoption progress and market dynamics.
  • Stay engaged with important dental care-related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in dental/hygienist practice that impact our business or customers.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for technology adoption initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote the benefits and value of iTero technology.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Clinical degree in dentistry / Diploma in Oral Health Therapy preferred.
  • Proven experience in technology adoption, sales, or customer success within the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate training sessions and clinic schedules.
  • Strong understanding of dental clinic operations and the benefits of digital dentistry.
  • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with iTero scanners or other dental imaging technology.
  • Knowledge of digital workflows in dentistry, including orthodontics and restorative dentistry.
  • Experience in managing technology adoption projects and initiatives.
