In this role, you will:

  • Participate in developing new and managing existing High Net Worth Client relationships
  • Work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes an integrated planning approach to recommend strategies that utilize Wells Fargo's individual and institutional capabilities to maintain client wealth within Wealth Management Banking and contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Review and analyze custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients to manage custom credit portfolios that require an in depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Resolve banking solutions and deliver, construct and implement custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients
  • Lead team to meet functional area deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration
  • Experience working with UHNW clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
  • Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships


Job Expectations:

  • This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website(http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org)provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
