Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in data analysis and creating visualizations to aid storytelling with data and communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12 years of experience using analytics and data science to solve product or business problems in a program or engineering management role.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in establishing methods, tools, and process improvements with organizational change management.
- Knowledge of data, metrics, analysis and trends, measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and frame business problems that can be addressed with data-motivated solutions.
