Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Assist the DC manager in ensuring the smooth operation ofB2C packing, continuously look for process improvements, and take the lead on special programs with full engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to ensure every order is fulfilled with high efficiency by balancing manpower and pace, optimizing equipment capacity to meet or exceed delivery performance targets.
• Well manage the team members, maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take initiatives to collaborate with related departments to address outstanding delivery, financial, or operational issues, and promptly take action for problem-solving.
• Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.
• Training team staff to comply company safety policy to create a safe working environment.
• Provide analysis reports as required.
• Lead the team to achieve SLA (service level agreement)/ efficiency and cost target.
• Peak event preparations and coordination.

• Internal Stakeholders:E-commerce,Order Book Fulfilment,Planning, Finance, Own Retail, Transportation Management, Procurement, Product Supply
• External Stakeholders:Global SCM, Global Tech

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Supply Chain related departments, warehouse experience with automation or semi-automation is preferred.
