10+ years experience implementing enterprise scale projects and programs across customer service and support platforms
Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects
Experience establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives
Experience supporting system configuration, architecture, and software development life cycles
Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details
Able to form cohesive project teams across disparate organizations and groups
Ability to partner with data scientists and navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
Service, support and warranty contract experience preferred
Project management certification a plus
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500.00 and $253,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
