Key Qualifications
- 10+ years experience implementing enterprise scale projects and programs across customer service and support platforms
- Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects
- Experience establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives
- Experience supporting system configuration, architecture, and software development life cycles
- Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details
- Able to form cohesive project teams across disparate organizations and groups
- Ability to partner with data scientists and navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
- Service, support and warranty contract experience preferred
- Project management certification a plus
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500.00 and $253,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
