What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to help achieve our next phase of growth. In this critical, high-impact role, you will lead process definition and optimization in collaboration with a global team of professionals across CyberArk functions. As a process expert and trusted partner, you will help teams to assess current and target maturity levels for our most critical business processes. You will leverage your intellectual curiosity to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, reliability, and profitability and apply a creative and collaborative approach to develop, document, and disseminate cross-functional process solutions. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Transformation Office within CyberArk’s Business Transformation and Operations (BTO) team

  • Collaborate closely with process owners and stakeholders across the company (including Product, Go-To-Market, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, HR) to inventory and benchmark process maturity levels
  • Lead cross-functional projects to identify, prioritize, and execute upon process improvement opportunities (e.g. Procurement, New Product Introduction)
  • Facilitate workshops to develop process improvement solutions and change management plans
  • Develop and maintain process resources and best practices for shared use with a community of process and system experts, including framework materials, templates, and case studies
  • Apply a data-driven approach to develop project proposals and inform leadership decisions impacting operational excellence

What you need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Operational Consulting, Business Operations, Process Analytics)
  • Understanding of business strategy and operations in multinational B2B environment
  • Experience building relationships, leading change, and influencing across global cultures, functions, and levels (including executive stakeholders)
  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with process documentation tools and methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, RACI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with workflow and data management systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools a plus
  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization
