Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a project/program management and a customer-facing, management consulting or customer support operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in investigation, problem-solving and business judgement.
Experience working internationally or in other languages.
Ability to present to executive decision-makers in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to operate on their own in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment with proven success in project management, execution and multitasking.
Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management.
