our day-to-day

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile, backend(JAVA), and web (React.js) developers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time with clear execution goals and KPI's.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Oversee code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design.
  • Maintain high code quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile & web development trends and technologies.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align mobile initiatives with business goals.

What do you need to bring

  • At least 10+ years of experience in software development or related field with at least 2 years of experience managing a Mobile Team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven software development experience, focusing on mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Proven software development experience, focusing on web platforms (React.js & Node.js).
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong architectural understanding across mobile, web, and backend layers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
