Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience managing vendor relationships and a strong understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design-build processes.
Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.
