In this role, you will…
- Developing and maintaining a global conduct training plan that describes proactive training needs and timelines on a 3–5-year plan.
- Supporting a KPI of 95% on time completion of training.
- Creating training content, including with use of internal tools, including AI tools and technologies including training AI chatbots.
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify policies, training requirements, and training population.
- Deliver conduct training at least twice a year to required trainees.
- Work with HRIS system to define and refine training groups to deliver agile training based on role.
Typically:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or with any relevant background.
- Minimum 5 years of cross functional coordination and consensus building.
- Project management experience and proven track record of delivering on time and under budget.
- Experience at multinational companies.
- Prior experience designing compliance monitoring metrics and KPIs.
- Strong interest in AI and other technologies that can be used to scale the training program to become more efficient.
- Excellent ppt skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
