Selected candidates will be responsible for the promotion of our company Vaccines portfolio, consisting of highly innovative products preventing spreading of serious infectious diseases. Vaccine Customer Specialist will be expected to:
Establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (Medical Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists)
Provide expert support to the HCPs in the area of diseases prevention through vaccination with our company vaccines, to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver sales objectives as per allocated budget
Act in accordance with our high ethical standards
What You’ll Do:
Planning activities within the allocated territory based on marketing strategy and in close cooperation with the supervisor; creating and implement robust Territory Action Plan in order to achieve sales objectives, in strict compliance with our procedures and ethical standards
Managing professional interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up to date, scientifically valuable and relevant to each individual customer (customized/tailored), based upon understanding of the customers’ needs
Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and using recommended promotional messages to adequately support sales calls
Timely handling of the administrative tasks such as capturing call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM system, expense reports, adverse event reports, etc.
Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of the area of vaccination in general sufficient to enter into a meaningful professional relationship with the HCPs as well as expert product knowledge with regard to our company as well as competitive vaccines
You should apply if you have:
Min 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Rx business (experience in gynecology will be an advantage)
University degree (preferably life science or business)
Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
Must be able to converse in English
PC literacy - competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Driving license [B category]
