Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in a policy, legal, regulatory environment, content review, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours, including weekends.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in technology industry business areas, such as operations, data analysis, and internet/online media.
Knowledge of the socio-political landscape and current events in Japan.
Knowledge of the technology sector, its trends, and policy issues affecting the internet (e.g., intellectual property, free expression, online safety).
Ability to execute analysis to drive development.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with cross-functional partners and problem-solving and thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
