What you'll do:

  • Lead the delivery of critical and complex technology initiatives for Sam's Club, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute innovative solutions for our members.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress to senior leadership.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and best practices for project management across the organization.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering management and stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project management practices.

  • As a Principal, you will be a leader to the TPMs, ensuring continuous improvement of our processes and execution models.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...
