Job title: Marketing Trainee

What you will do:

• Develop marketing strategy of the assigned therapeutic area(s) and lead cross functional team to achieve brand objective.
• Identify unmet need by analysing the scientific publication and internal documents of the assigned therapeutic area(s)
• Manage marketing budget of the assigned therapeutic area(s); Prioritize promotional activities and effective use of resources as a team!
• Leverage on digital, data and analytics to provide strategic recommendations to the franchise.
• Work alongside the commercial team to handle daily marketing activities and provide additional support on overall brand strategy execution.
• Support the marketing campaign execution through collaboration with external creative agencies and managing the internal approval process.
• Support the marketing materials development with external medical agencies and managing the internal approval process.
• Uphold compliance standard and minimize compliance risks from the company-wide perspective.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or science from accredited universities
• Experience in sales or marketing experience being highly preferred.
• Possessing strong interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
• Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese) and MS Office
