- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering, building and working with systems in the technology organization.
- Experience in technical leadership and setting technical direction for engineering projects.
- Experience as a technical leader and with technical innovation.
- Experience influencing multiple teams of engineers concurrently while partnering across the organization on development initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
- Understanding of enterprise workloads.
- Ability to create a compelling roadmap for the future, communicate clearly, and have a collaborative leadership approach.
- Ability to take an entrepreneurial and strategic approach and work within technology and business functions to drive business goals and growth.
- Passion for providing an excellent enterprise customer experience.
