Candidate in this role will be required to operate in US hours. Qualcomm IT is seeking an experienced xxx with sound experience in ALM Space (Application Lifecycle Management)

Responsibilities include:

• The candidate would be responsible for below mentioned areas during US (San Diego) core business hours. Key responsibilities include: - Customer requirements gathering primarily for Atlassian ALM tools

• Supporting Releases

• Handling customer requests

• Initial triage and troubleshooting of application issues (Tier2/Tier 3)

• Training Sessions and Documentation

• Follow agile Scrum Methodology

Troubleshooting of specific applications & tools.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in configuration and administration of bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible, Confluence etc. and relevant experience in system analysis.

• Experience in application support and maintenance. - Should have excellent analytical capabilities. - Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and show willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with/Exposure to Atlassian ALM Tools

• 8 to 12 years of relative experience

• Ability to multi-task, balance competing priorities and follow up in a timely manner

• Ability to work seamlessly with both customers and internal stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve common objectives

• Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement on technology solutions

• Ability to identify and drive efficiency improvement initiatives

• Ability to escalate critical issues to internal and/or 3rd-parties, as appropriate, and communicate status and resolution to QC teams

• Ability to articulate and influence internal stakeholders process owners to adopt best practices

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently while making sound decisions

• Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

• Good knowledge of industry tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

6+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
