Job Purpose:
Lead Cross-account strategy & operations to deliver sales growth with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify strategic priorities and develop action plans across product, fleet & new retail to deliver sales target of the fiscal year by bridging Nike Inc & GC marketplace strategic visions with daily sales operational tasks.
Design and facilitate strategic account meetings and engagement (e.g. partner summit) every season based on business needs.
Lead/participate in critical cross-functional projects to debottleneck business challenges, unlock new growth opportunities and improve operational excellence.
Understand and deliver marketplace and account insights for regular business review and long-term marketplace/sales strategy development.
Facilitate global/geo communication and cross-functional communication to feedback account insights and enable business priorities.
Requirements:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry
Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese
Experience in working in matrix organization/ leading cross-functional projects
