Under the direction of the EEMEA regional IT Director, the IT Business Technology Partner for LevNA Cluster (Lebanon and Jordan) will serve as the single point of accountability to ensure that technology solutions and services meet the strategic and operational goals of the human health commercial (HH) activities within this region marketplace.

Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Position is the leading role in the realization of value through understanding of applicable business processes followed by identification, implementation, and realization of appropriate and right-sized IT solutions for the local market.
• This leader will develop and manage the IT portfolio tied to the business realization goals. IT improvements and innovations to be realized will be a combination of globally and locally driven solutions, but always with a view to create an optimal value for the overall corporation. It’s critical that this leader collaborate with regional and global solution and platform organizations.
• The candidate will represent IT on market-level and regional governance bodies, in close collaboration with any other IT representatives (e.g. Research oriented IT) as present in the market. In addition, the incumbent will actively identify cross-divisional synergies as well as orchestrating cross-divisional efforts / projects in partnership with in-market IT leads.
• This leader will work across other market divisions and IT colleagues to drive collaboration, efficiencies, and reusability. Additionally, the IT country lead will assure full and continuous compliancy with regulatory and company requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 3-4 years in IT Account Management at Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Previous exposer to Regional Projects & People Management
• Experience in Insights Engine and Digital Customer Engagement
• English, Arabic
