Senior Software Engineer - UEFI/BIOS Developer

As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing scalable software solutions for the enterprise client line of business (eg. Laptops, Workstations, Desktops etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

You will:

• Design, develop and deliver the UEFI(BIOS) applications , Drivers and operation system based client software applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery, and issues fixes.
• Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through design development, test and delivery

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on designing and implementing UEFI based applications, drivers and software applications.
• Strong Programming skills on C, Go and Python and ability to develop low level designs for firmware and software applications/solutions.
• In depth knowledge about UEFI architecture and Operating system architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Desirable Requirements

• Familiar with Test Automation technologies and CICD pipelines implementation.
• Knowledge about networking protocols like WebSocket and HTTP.
