Your role:

• 根据系统评审后的合同/PO, 准确地在系统内录入订单并与需求计划人员协调给出订单交期承诺
• 实时了解生产状况，跟进订单进展，如有特殊需求，及时发起审批流程
• 根据订单中约定的付款方式与财务确认货款情况或者信用证进度，在到款后及时协调财务放单并开具出库单
• 及时与物流协调安排订舱发运，并将发货计划提供给销售
• 制作发货后对应的单证给客户，出口包括箱单，发票，提单，原产地证等，保证按时交单，国内运输包括增值税发票
• 根据商务要求制作PI/OC给客户，协助销售订单的签订和付款
• 根据销售合同，维护客户主数据，完成系统评审和操作
• 实时准确地记录发货数据以及相关单据的整理和归档，配合内审及外审的相关工作

You're the right fit if:

• 全日制本科以上学历，日语相关专业
• 每周4-5天，实习3-6个月，一年zuijia
