The opportunity

• Service delivery manager to manage end to end operations of support engagement. Minimum experience level of 9 + years.

Your key responsibilities

• Service delivery manager who has the priori experience to manage support projects.
• Candidate should have worked earlier in Guide wire policy center projects and should be hands on.
• Manage resources who needs to support on different shifts and on call coverage as per contract needs.
• Experience in maintenance and support, maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Prior Client facing experience
• Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.
• Understand service management and change management activities, along with SLAa and estimator tools.
• Should have worked on incident management , problem management and release management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Service management knowledge as per ITIL.
• Good communication and resource management skills.
• Preferred to have experience in managing an Insurance application.

Certification:

• ITIL certification (Good to have)
