Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and running distributed systems.
• Excellent coding, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Deep experience with modern languages and frameworks - Microsoft .NET, Python, Golang, Java, React or equivalent.
• Strong communication, collaboration skills and customer focused growth mindset.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong data structure and algorithm skills.
• 3+ years of experience developing scalable and performant cloud services.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React).
• Experience with data stores like Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) or equivalent.
• Experience working in scrum/agile development environment.
