What you will do

  • Procurement Activities: Handle, control, and monitor procurement activities within assigned commodities
  • Cost Savings: Prepare and conduct negotiations for low to medium purchasing volumes to obtain highest feasible savings and return on investment.
  • Order Processing: Process and follow up on order requisitions from main stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement
  • Compliance: Ensure the use of globally defined methods, processes and systems for high process efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage all daily supplier operational topics: provide information for supplier reviews, maintain supplier information in ERP & handle invoice discrepancies


  • Education:Bachelor’s degree withrelevant educational background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in procurement or a graduate of a procurement talent program, demonstrating a solid foundation in procurement practices.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and operate effectively in different cultural contexts, applying classic negotiation methods to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities to break down complex issues into workable components and support decisions with data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and cultures, manage information exchange, and handle complaints with colleagues and suppliers.
  • IT Software Licensing: Demonstrated experience in IT software licensing, understanding basic legal terms, and knowing when to involve others for assistance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office: High proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and/or Qlik reporting platforms, to effectively analyze and present data

  • The pay range for this position is $65,660 - $112,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location
