PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Design and Development:
    • Lead the design and development of comprehensive wealth management programs for employees, ensuring offerings are competitive, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate employee feedback and market research into program offerings
  • Client Engagement:
    • Engage with external and internal clients to understand their specific needs and tailor wealth offers that enhance their employee value proposition.
    • Deliver presentations and workshops to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the employee wealth programs.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the wealth offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep programs innovative and relevant.
  • Communication and Marketing:
    • Work closely with our partners in Marketing to create marketing materials and communication strategies to promote employee wealth programs internally and externally.
    • Design and develop training sessions and informational seminars to educate employees and clients about the program benefits.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the wealth programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on program success and areas for enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR and control partners to ensure programs comply with regulations and meet organizational policies.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance program offerings.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic and creative thinker with an ability to translate strategy into clear objectives and tactical actions that drive results.
  • 10+ years of strategy experience, business management, or a field of relevant experience in a global financial institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience.
  • Leadership skills combined with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders formally and informally are essential.
  • Innovative problem solver and analytical thinker: a passionate, get-things-done attitude with a sense of ownership and a team-player approach while being able to establish views and opinions for complex decision-making processes, supported by data.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain partnerships across a global institution, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, in agile teams and applying agile methods and principles.
  • Experience, ability, and positive attitude to utilize data to gain insights and drive decision-making: ownership, analysis, management, system integration and consolidation with adherence to a strong governance framework.
  • Experience in developing junior team members as well as junior staff outside of the team.
  • Ability to work across complex businesses and matrix management structures while managing and prioritizing across multiple workstreams and deadlines across projects, reporting to different stakeholders.
  • Experience in close collaboration with business and technology partners, ensuring an ongoing transformative culture.
