In this client-facing role, you'll work cross-functionally to expand partnerships, drive demand generation, and deliver operational excellence. You’ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts, using your commercial acumen and strategic mindset to optimize performance, build trust at the executive level, and grow long-term value for both Uber and our partners.
What You’ll DoBuild and nurture executive-level relationships with key partners in the restaurant vertical.
Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on shared goals and strategic priorities.
Drive business cadence through Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and regular performance check-ins.
Support and guide the internal community of teams focused on the GDP segment, promoting collaboration, sharing best practices, and scaling operational success.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights that strengthen partner relationships and improve performance.
Use internal data to identify improvement opportunities in delivery timeliness, order completion rates, and overall operational health.
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including relationship building, reporting, product adoption, and contract negotiations.
Champion new product features, tailoring pitches to partner needs and driving adoption across brands.
Navigate complex conversations with creativity and empathy, always seeking win-win outcomes.
Stay informed on restaurant industry trends and competitive dynamics, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in the global delivery space.
6+ years of client-facing commercial experience, ideally in account management or strategic partnerships with large, global enterprises.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Experience with P&L management and a solid grasp of commercial KPIs and performance metrics.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven track record in negotiation, problem-solving, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to influence and align internal teams toward shared goals.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time across the region.
