Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in root cause analysis.
- 1 year of experience with failure analysis/fault isolation techniques.
- 1 year of experience creating process travelers and related documentation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing technicians in a laboratory environment.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using Python, JMP, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of cleanroom semiconductor fabrication and test.
- Knowledge of vacuum and cryogenic systems.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board fabrication and test.
