As a Data Center Technician, you will:
- Help with migration activity, installation and patching.
- Collect assets and network patching data
- Procure and deploy DC equipment and do the required physical connections in DC.
- Work with network team and help on-site for troubleshooting network issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all deployed assets.
- Have proven experience of data center cabling.
- Help coordinate with different teams to manage access, issues and assets.
- Troubleshoot Layer1 and Layer2 network issues.
- Candidate should be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Help make sure DC is neat and clean all the times and follow our DC process
- Available to participate in on-call shifts for urgent issues

- Experience on deploy, configure, maintaining, troubleshoot data center devices
- Previous experience with DCIM tool is an asset
Assets:
- Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
- Computer Science background or Networking Certification
The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $55,000 - $75,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
