What you need to know about the role-

Your day to day

As a Machine Learning Manager you will be responsible for:

· Recruiting and leading a team of highly skilled ML scientists

· Develop innovative ML models, algorithms, and engineering approaches with high impact to our business.

· Design and execute applied research plans to understand, apply, test, evolve, and generalize these technologies into reusable solutions.

· Formulate and execute the team vision, meeting both business and technological needs

· Transform large amounts of complex data into business insights and solutions by using the latest technology in AI/ML

· Initiate next-gen AI projects that would push our tech-stack boundaries

What do you need to bring-

• Data Science/Machine Learning team management experience - must

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML and Data Science or PhD +5 years.

• Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)

• Code writing capabilities in any programming language (preferably Python) and familiarity with relevant ML packages

• Experience demonstrating technical leadership working with teams, owning projects, defining and setting technical direction for projects

• Experience in designing ML pipelines, including model versioning, model deployment, model testing, and monitoring

• Demonstrated proficiency in designing, training, and deploying deep neural networks using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Proven ability to leverage advanced deep learning techniques for applications in computer vision, natural language processing, and/or other relevant domains.

• GCP and big data experience

• Experience managing teams in a global organization – an advantage · Experience in managing in a multi-culture and multi-location organizations – an advantage

• Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented, details-oriented · Outstanding communication skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
