In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our packagingsolutions, ensuring that our products are protected during transportation andstorage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define packagingrequirements and specifications, design and develop innovative packagingsolutions, and perform packaging analysis and simulations to ensure productprotection and cost-effectiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadand drive the packaging design process, from concept to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define packaging requirements andspecifications
Design and develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions
Perform analysis and simulations to ensure product protection andcost-effectiveness
Provide technical guidance
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in advancedpackaging The annual base salary for this position is $92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Pleasenote that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywellconsiders various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited tothe scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.

CITIZENSHIPREQUIREMENTS
U.S. Citizenship is required due contractual requirements.

YOUMUST HAVE
USCitizenship to obtain or maintain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline suchas the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
6+ years of experience in packaging design and development WE VALUE
Strongknowledge of packaging design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in packaging design software and simulation tools
Experience with advanced packaging testing and validation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proven track record of successful packaging design projects
Experience with packaging materials and manufacturing processes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for packaging
