Description
Acts as project leader supervises a variety of projects, work with factories and manage on technical and quality.Plans, develops and implements technical procedures for Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly (FPCA) manufacturing process and quality requirements.Establishes guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure & Best Known Method for manufacturing process & quality control.Manages NPI projects and build, improves quality and efficiency, to ensure flawless transition to MP.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years process or quality engineering experience in electronic industry. SMT and assembly experience are preferred
- Willing to travel, to support project in different regions
- Good communication, problem solving skills and presentation skills.
- Good team-player and highly independent, able to work under fast pace and pressure environment. Highly committed and result orientated.
- Able to utilize quality tool like: process capability, SPC, MSA, FMEA and etc.
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree In Engineering or Science; Master Degree or MBA a plus.
