Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
5 years of experience running the full proposal lifecycle.
Experience working on US Federal Government procurement processes and lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
APMP Foundation Certification.
Experience with national and regional government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and frameworks.
Experience with RFPIO or other standard proposal automation platform tools.
