Patient Safety & Quality
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
The role will cover all areas of CAPA Management, with particular focus on:
- Establishing CAPA Review Boards
- Facilitating/owning CAPA investigations
- Conduct CAPA Daily Management Boards
- Review and approve CAPAs
- Support the Quality Team where required
- Support the IR team in implementing CAPAs and ensure effectiveness
Qualifications & Requirements
- Required min. 5 years in Quality within a highly regulated industry.
- In depth experience owning resolution of non-conformities or CAPAs.
- Experience in defending records during Competent Authority inspections.
- Preferred Technical knowledge of ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820.
- Entrepreneurship and initiative taking.
- Customer focus.
- Commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English.
- Relationship building.
- Ability to deal with international stakeholders.
