Job Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented student with a foundational understanding of Power BI to join our IT Talent Enablement team as a Workforce Strategy and Planning Intern. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of managing our Headcount governance tool, addressing user queries, and managing access rights. Additionally, you will have the invaluable opportunity to enhance your Power BI proficiency by updating our existing dashboards, which play a crucial role in providing informative perspectives on HC management and workforce planning data. You will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning processes within our IT organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a fundamental grasp of Power BI, and a genuine interest in the talent development space.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Workforce Planning team to comprehend and update workforce plans, ensuring data precision and alignment with business objectives.
  • Sustain and improve workforce planning dashboards and reports using Power BI to transform workforce plans into actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality assurance checks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the dashboards.
  • Work closely with IT area teams to ensure harmonization between workforce plans and other business strategies.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to workforce planning processes and methodologies based on data analysis.
  • Oversee the Headcount governance tool, administer its inbox and respond to user queries in a timely manner.
  • Deliver trainings and guidance to IT leader and stakeholders on effective utilization of Headcount Governance Tool

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment where priorities and requirements may change.
