· 2+ years of experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals. Relevant experience in management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources.
· 2+ years' experience design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
· High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations, with both technical and non-technical audiences
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
· Ability to speak in public and in front of an audience is a big plus
· Technical degree required (or equivalent work experience); Computer Science background highly desired

· Passion for leading diverse teams· Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
· Experience working within education or NPO focused customers or partners
· History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises
· Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
· Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
· Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.· High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
· Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
