- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in commodity management, agreement facilitation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in vendor operations, including in governance and change management processes.
- Experience with the RFP process, agreement negotiation, and defining performance goals for vendors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to interact with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate project details from business, process, and technical perspectives.
- Excellent program management skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams.
