As a Client Onboarding & Documentation - Project Manager - Associate in Operations you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional and global WKO stakeholders, acting as a conduit between various functional groups. Your role will involve managing projects, promoting change, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will have a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business process expansion, technology roll-out, and performance oversight for stability and governance of regulatory deliverables.

Job responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to firmwide standards, controls and intelligence automation solutions governance
  • Partners closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups and ensure that team priorities and needs are communicated effectively especially relating to Code Releases and Test environments.
  • Uses Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation
  • Identifies testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the Project
  • Aligns program / project priorities with global WKO strategic agenda
  • Writes test cases; participate in End To End (E2E), post Production and production parallel testing
  • Demonstrates effective controls around the introduction of change and or process improvements
  • Takes ownership and leadership in resolving conflicts throughout program / projects execution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Excellent with Data analysis, data mining and system analysis
  • Experienced in one of UI technologies – Tableau
  • Alteryx experience
  • Familiarity with a global bank's process & operational environment including management and external reporting is a must. Strong business knowledge i.e. Investment Banking, including product, process and system knowledge. Sound knowledge of the trade lifecyle
  • Ability to drive results through a "hands-on" approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
  • Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project
  • Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one's own work to achieve them
  • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle & Agile methodology
