This role is an hourly role that is full-time and fully on-site in Cupertino, CA.

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

It is expected this role under limited supervision, responsible for performing numerous and varied administrative and support staff duties of a complex and confidentialnature. Workis performed with littledirection. Requiresadvanced administrativeskills. Dutiestypically include drafting and compiling reports, composing correspondence, reviewing drafts of correspondence for content, style and grammar, making arrangements for conferences andmeetings. Hasthorough understanding of and responds to questions about office operations, policies and procedures.


Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically, four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Essential Functions including but not limited to:

  • Performs a broad variety of administrative duties and staff support services for an assigned group or manager to relieve supervisor of administrative detail.
  • Collects and analyzes data, maintains records and databases, and prepares specialized reports using a variety of PC based software.
  • Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.
  • Organizes filing systems, answers phones, photocopies documents, and prepares correspondence and documents.
  • Orders office supplies, schedules meetings, and maintains calendars for assigned area.
  • May assist in the preparation of departmental budgets.
  • May coordinate the work of other clerical and administrative staff.
  • May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct special projects, coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate site planning, management and operation at U.S Bank Cupertino office and new site if applicable Lead and coordinate event and activity by coordinating cross teams at local in bay area

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
