- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in software architecture, development of systems and algorithms in the network capacity forecasting and planning area.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage ambiguity of the problem space, requirement changes, and priority adjustments.
- Ability to manage without authority.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate simple and impactful messages and insights from analysis.
